About Us

History

Insparisk was established in 2007 with a mission of providing quality jurisdictional inspection services on a national level. The company’s utilization of proprietary technologies has innovated the inspection process, resulting in a significant increase in efficiency and accuracy. The company acts as both a holding entity and operating entity for its subsidiary companies: City Spec, Inc., Monument Inspection Services and Turn Type Technologies.

The vision of a national inspection company, Insparisk, was founded by its President and CEO, Stephen Kleva. As head of City Spec, Inc., a New York City based inspection company, Stephen always understood the importance of safety and the opportunity to expand these services to new markets. In February 2008 Insparisk opened Monument Inspection Services to serve the Virginia market. Plans to open additional subsidiaries in other states are already underway.

Meet the President and CEO

Stephen Kleva took over the reins of City Spec, Inc. in 2005. He began his professional career with the company almost ten years previously. Starting out as a part-time administrative employee, Stephen remained committed to the company and learned about every aspect of the business. Under his leadership and vision Insparisk stands ready to become the premier national inspection company. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Stephen states, “I always want to push the envelope and try something new, do something more.”

Stephen was born and lives in New York City. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Pace University.
