History

Insparisk was established in 2007 with a mission of providing quality jurisdictional inspection services on a national level. The company’s utilization of proprietary technologies has innovated the inspection process, resulting in a significant increase in efficiency and accuracy. The company acts as both a holding entity and operating entity for its subsidiary companies: CitySpec, and Turn Type Technologies.

The vision of a national inspection company, Insparisk, was founded by its President and CEO, Stephen Kleva. As head of CitySpec, LLC., a New York City based inspection company, Stephen always understood the importance of safety and the opportunity to expand these services to new markets. In February 2008 Insparisk opened Monument Inspection Services to serve the Virginia market. Plans to open additional subsidiaries in other states are already underway.
